Orders ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days once shipped; express shipping takes 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Limited-run releases are final sale except for sizing exchanges — check the individual product page for details specific to that item.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or we shipped the wrong item, in which case we cover it. To start a return, contact us with your order number.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. Shipping costs are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
